Lodge a Development Application (DA) with Council – see application form and guidelines for requirements.

Obtain a Complying Certificate from
Council or an Accredited Certifier. See guidleines for requirements.


Nominate Council or Accredited Certifier as
the Principal Certifying Authority for
inspecting the works.

Development Consent issued.


Undertake works in accordance
with requirements.

Obtain Construction Certificate from Council
or an Accredited Certifier.

Obtain an Occupation Certificate prior to occupying new building works.
